Our Client :

Our client is one of the largest main contractors in the construction industry in Japan. Their Singapore branch is looking at to hire HR Business Partner to report to HOD of HR. They are looking for energetic individual who has strong leadership and knowledge.

The Responsibilities:

* To manage HR functions fully with current HR team in managing end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and exits including exit interview

* Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities (Talent Acquisition) and training for employees (Learning & Development)

* Work closely with the hiring managers to understand and support their recruitment needs

* Perform on-boarding and off-boarding procedures

* Supporting Employees and Management by driving, planning, coordinating and implementing effective HR guidelines, procedures and guidelines across the full spectrum of HR

* Be a guidance on the application of HR policies, procedures and standards

* Work closely with the HR team to drive continual efforts to improve the HR delivery services

The Requirements:

* Possess minimum a bachelor degree in any discipline

* Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible HR experience required

* Strong understanding of MOM guidelines for labour law requirements for the construction industry in Singapore

* Takes initiatives with a "roll up your sleeves" - attitude and a continuous improvement mindset

* Can confidently express your opinion, based on thoughtful data and analysis

* Sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information

* Have unbelievable passion, perseverance to overcome teething issues

* Good skills and knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines - talent acquisition (both rank and file), employee retention, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, compensation practices and managing diversity
