Regional Total Rewards Manager

Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a Singapore based medical information company. The client has a strong presence in Asia pacific.

The Responsibilities:

* Establish and execute performance and rewards policies and processes

* Involved in the design, development, and implementation of HR policies, including but not limited to, compensation and benefit policies and programs, performance management framework, policies, and processes
* Prepare communication toolkit and deliver effective communications on performance and rewards programmes and policies, ensuring that people understand how they will be evaluated, rewarded, or developed, according to their performance evaluation
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management system and its related communications efforts by analysing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions
* Review and analyze internal equity and market competitiveness of total remuneration programs
* Implement the annual performance management, salary review and promotion process

* Establish and execute HR policies and practices

* Work closely with other regional HR team members and local country HR to customize group policies and operations based on BU strategy and local statutory and regulatory requirements
* Review and improve policies and employee handbooks
* Establish employee mobility, cross-country assignment policies and processes

* Monitor internal HR systems and databases

* Improve databases and workflows and develop manuals and document data processing procedures
* Recommend and launch new HRIS to address compensation, workforce planning, talent management issues
* Review and modify budgets and forecast
* Monitor staff movements and provide insight reports and recommendations to each BU and management

The Requirements:

* Min 5-8 years of hands-on experience with total rewards operations
* Strong analytical skills and database management skills
* Good project management skills
* Good knowledge of labour law
* Be able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
* Possess integrity and good work ethics
* Proficient in MS Office application e.g., Excel, Powerpoint
