Assistant Fund Controller

Our Client is a MNC in the real estate space. Due to expansion plans, they are looking for a Fund Controller to support them.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee accounting and consolidation requirements

* Oversee the preparation of regular statutory reporting

* Prepare planning data and forecasts using modelling techniques

* Improve current processes, procedures and internal control as required

Requirements:

* Strong Degree in Accountancy or similar related field

* CPA / CA qualified with strong working experience in fund accounting

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* An organised, methodical approach to work procedures and processes

* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with regional internal and external stakeholders
