Senior Accounts Executive

Our Client is an award-winning company in the skincare industry. Due to replacement reasons, they are looking for an Accounts Executive to support them in their day to day reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Receive invoices and manage processing and payment

* Reconciliation of collections

* Assist in monthly closing activities

* Ongoing review and maintenance of invoices to mitigate risk of duplicate payment

* Other Ad-hoc responsibilities

Requirements:

* Strong Diploma in Accountancy or similar related field

* Strong experience in partials a must. Fullsets a plus

* An organised, methodical approach to work procedures and processes

* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with regional internal and external stakeholders
