Internal Communications (Marketing / Ethics and Compliance)

Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a Multinational Technology Company that has a range of exciting content platforms in over 150 markets.

The Responsibilities:

* Formulate and carry out comprehensive internal communications, campaigns and events relating to company's policies to showcase core values, and boost employee engagement.

* Develop original, innovative editorial content from conception to implementation for various internal channels, ranging from written communications to video content

* Counsel internal stakeholders and advise on communications tactics and strategy.

* Be a part of the Global Ethics Office, to guide ethical leadership and decision making, develop, educate, and raise awareness on internal policies and regulations, as well as to lead and manage investigations

The Requirements:

* 5-8 years of relevant experience in internal communications.

* Specific communications experience within Ethics and Compliance team is advantageous

* Strong knowledge of communication practices, technologies, and techniques. Familiarity with various digital and video means of creation and communication, is essential.

* Preferably in a fast-moving, global industry or start-up company due to job nature. A creative thinker and storyteller with the ability to create engaging employee experiences.
