Our Client who is an engineering & construction firm with multiple projects across the region, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead a small team and work with management covering management and Financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the timely preparation of statutory and regulatory reports

* Analyzing reports

* Managing a small team

* Improve current processes, procedures and internal control as required

Requirements:

* Strong Degree in Accountancy or similar related field

* CPA / CA qualified with working experience in the real estate industry

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* An organised, methodical approach to work procedures and processes

* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with regional internal and external stakeholders
