Finance Transformation Leader (Shared service)

The Company

Our client who is a leading player in the internet technology industry, is looking for a Finance transformation leader to set up a shared service center supporting the APAC region.

Responsibilities

* Set up, development and transformation of the shared service function (AP, FA and reimbursement)

* Plan and execute solutions while collaborating with other shared services from other markets

* Make recommendations for synergies and efficiencies of processes across the teams and assist in their implementation

* Design, build and implement SOPS, handbook and policies

* Identify and manage change impacts for stakeholder groups as a result of the ERP transition/implementation;

* Identify, investigate, problem solve and deliver on continuous improvement opportunities

To be considered for this position we are seeking the following:

* Strong degree in Accountancy or related field

* Hands on, self motivated and detail oriented

* Strong experience in payments/ fintech or financial services industry

* Strong cross border and functional experience
