Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a US MNC Biotech Company which has strong envision in Smart Technologies and R&D. They are in an expansion phase across Asia-Pacific and is currently growing organically. With this, they are adding a headcount to hire a great Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist who takes care of regional hires primarily focusing on Singapore, SEA, and China hires.

The Responsibilities:

This position is pivotal and responsible for attracting good talents in the Biotechnology industry and working in a team of TAs across the globe. Your primary focus will be recruiting for Singapore and China's hires.

* Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process management
* Partner with hiring managers across APAC to understand hiring needs, business strategy, and requirements for candidates
* Responsible for sourcing candidates from all the channels, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.
* Responsible for recruiting across multiple skill sets and locations as needed across APAC
* Provide best candidate experience and focus on creating the best candidate experience during the whole process
* Taking part in other global and regional TA projects
* Help managing the search firm vendors during the recruitment delivery

The Requirements:
An ideal candidate would be someone who:

* Min. 5 years of experience in recruitment in both agency and in-house would be preferred
* Good understanding of Biotechnology/Life sciences/Pharma industry
* Strong written and communication skills in both English and Mandarin as you will be working closely with Native mandarin speaking stakeholders in China
* Energetic and able to multitask, and strive in a fast-paced environment
* Exemplary integrity, ethics, independence, and resilience
* Familiar with ATS will be an added advantage
