Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a Health Tech organisation which has strong envision and growth due to upside of tech demands projects. They are in an expansion phase with ongoing projects and is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is strong in Cybersecurity as part of their HR team in Singapore. You will be joining the TA team of 13 and covering hires in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Part of a strong TA team, this role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on attracting the best talents in the tech industry and building strong & positive employer branding. Your recruitment covers primarily mid-senior levels across tech functions:
* Perform end-to-end recruitment across mid to senior levels of roles
* Work with headhunters as necessary to maintain relationships and close high impact positions effectively
* Develop and manage recruitment channels, platforms, and vendors
* Manage vendors to work in a collaborative and highly efficient manner
* Optimize recruitment process and tools to enhance efficiency
* Ensure effectiveness of the recruitment operation regarding its sourcing channels, cost per hire, hiring quality, lead time, customer satisfaction and candidate experience
* Build talent database on critical jobs and talents to prevent potential workforce shortage
* Develop employer branding and employee engagement planning, roadmap, and annual plan in order to construct positive company image
* Promote best employer campaigns in order to increase the brand exposure and to enhance brand reputation in the talent market

The Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment focus work, especially handled searches in the Cybersecurity space
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses, and is someone innovative and solutions-driven
* Ambitious, pays attention to details and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner and possesses strong sense of responsibility
* Open to candidates who has agency experience and looking to move in-house
