Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of online game companies expanding at a rapid pace worldwide and is headquartered in Japan. They are actively looking to hire a User Acquisition Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Own the end-to-end setup of programmatic campaigns in Facebook and other social media channels
* Responsible for managing a budget and making sure that strategies yield a high return on ROI and ROAS
* Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Project Management, Creative and Operations Team to continuously drive high performance campaigns
* Manage project marketing campaigns in line with Operations Department KPI
* Optimizing existing successful campaigns and developing comprehensive marketing strategy to acquire new members and traffic
* Drive continued optimization of display campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, placement and audience management, and quality score improvement via Facebook Ads and other major display networks/DSPs, and other potential channels
* Monitor media buys and streamline programmatic processes for greater efficiency
* Explore on new opportunities to increase scale, optimising and maintaining high ROI which includes researching, identifying, and evaluating new publishers (direct and networks) to buy advertising space from on a CPI, Cost per action or CAC pricing basis
* Reporting to HQ management on performance, metrices and campaign plans
* Be a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
* Lead UA Team in achieving performance goals, facilitate as a bridging communicator to HQ and external stakeholders and training / mentoring UA specialists to be able to manage performance campaigns for a game title independently

The Requirements:

* Possess minimum 5 years of experience in related field of digital marketing/media buying/mobile campaign management
* Have high familiarity with online social networking tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs and emerging social platforms) and the ability to develop strategies and media plans for as well as quantify the reach, impact and effectiveness metrics of social media marketing campaigns
* Be a good team player with strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders across multiple functional groups
* Have strong analytic skills and able to utilise data to make metrics driven decisions
* Constantly be in the know of latest campaign performance and mobile gaming industry
