Our Client:

Our client is a global IT service management with strong track record in gaining cloud market share globally. The business is one of the key players of what has shaped our internet technology and space as we know it today. Spanning from the Americas, EMEA, Asia, and Africa, the business is on the rise to cement their leadership through their innovation offerings.

They are actively looking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager. In this role he/she be tasked to manage their partners and will be covering the regional market in Southeast Asia. Our client is looking for an experienced, determined, and focused individual to further strengthening the objectives of the organizations. He/she is responsible in driving partner's opportunities to grow the overall business market share. To ensure the success of this model, he/she is responsible in handing training programs, collaboration in demand generation, and brand awareness as well.

The Responsibilities:

This role will report to the Head of the team, and your responsibility will be of and not limited to:

* Managing and handling the allocated marketing programs of your partners. You will be responsible on ultimately scaling the programs, through your creation of the direction, strategy, and objectives
* Partner with third-party firms to develop a comprehensive marketing plan. The plans are to cater to customer requirements where you are responsible to increase demand, revenue, and brand equity
* Support the marketing events, roadshows, seminars that are delivered by your partners.
* Overseeing in the effort for marketing pipeline as well as generating Marketing Qualified Leads through onsite activations to drive revenue
* Be part of the broader global marketing programs to ensure all local teams are aligned and is able to leverage latest developments of the business
* Overseeing the resources delivered to the partners, including the programs that are executed regionally. You are to ensure key metrics are directed to the goals, objective and the deliverables required
* Responsible on setting, monitoring, and reporting team goals

The Requirements:

* Ideally with University or Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications)
* At least 10 years of related industry experience in B2B marketing firms (e.g., tech in general)
* Familiar in driving B2B leads generation, through partner programs
* Familiar in setting up, growing, and leading APAC marketing organization
* Fluent in English (written and orally) required. Additional language is a plus to effectively liaise with stakeholders and to people from all walks of life
* Able to drive strategy implementation as well as changes, maintain cohesive team collaboration, and positive social communicator
* An entrepreneurial spirit that is flexible, experimental, and resourceful
* Modern, energetic, self-starter, display initiative and proposes pragmatic new ideas / approaches
* When border is open and safe for travel, travel is required
