Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a global FMCG brand, one of the world's leading consumer products companies with operations throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. The role will report into the Assistant Manager, Direct Business - New Market.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop marketing and promotional strategies with the primary objective to acquire new customers
* Plan and execute to optimize digital acquisition activities to maximize conversion
* Manage owned E-commerce site and flagship store in marketplaces for both frontend and backend
* Responsible for increasing e-store traffic to grow the company's revenue and customer base
* Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase traffic by communicating with digital agencies
* Compile monthly digital business marketing report and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures

The Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or its equivalent
* 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in direct or digital marketing, ideally in FMCG or e-Commerce
* Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Web and Google Analytics
* Basic knowledge of platform in ecommerce and marketplaces, social media, and search engines
