Sales Admin Executive

Job Description

Our Client:

Our client one of the top leading FMCG companies, headquartered in Japan dealing with wholesale distribution of chemicals and food products guided by bioscience and fine chemical technologies. They're actively looking to hire a Sales Admin Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Coordinate customer's order from order to delivery. This includes:

o Process Customer's Purchasing Order and Payment follow-up
o Raise Purchase Order to supplier, coordinate with Supplier / Customer / 3PL to fulfil order requirement
o Export / Import Permit Declaration
o Perform all documentation preparations for order fulfilment

* Attend to incoming calls and enquiries
* Coordinate and liaise with Supplier and Logistics team on goods readiness and delivery schedule
* Coordinate with Insurance Company to ensure goods are timely insured
* Coordinate and ensure all stakeholders (3rd Party Logistics / Shipping Company / Insurance Company / Supplier / etc.) are informed in event of Insurance claims
* Coordinate with Supplier / Customer / 3rd Party Logistics to ensure Goods are cleared on time from the seaport / airport / district park
* Liaise with supplier / Customer / Shipping companies to resolve issues that may arise affecting delivery operation
* Support Sales Representative on customer queries in relation to order fulfilment, delivery, and documentation aspect
* Assist Sales Manager to ensure no out-of-stock situation - Consumer (Dry) Goods, Frozen Goods & Industries Goods
* Coordinate with 3PL to ensure accuracy of weekly cycle count, disposal of expired & damaged goods
* Other ad hoc duties as and when required

The Requirements:

* Minimum GCE 'O' level or diploma holder in any business-related studies
* Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Customer Service / Sales Admin
* High level of interpersonal communication skills and team player
