The Responsibilities:

* Your responsibility is to deploy and roll-out Oracle Fusion Financial modules across the Asia Pacific region. Currently the team is looking for an innovative and driven Techno-Functional Financial Lead for Digital Transformation Initiative
* Planning, carrying out, and coordinating business applications activities in sectors like finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales & marketing are the main goals of the Application Management specialization within IT Applications
* Leading the creation and implementation of a clear vision and strategy; conducting and preparing feasibility studies for new applications or revisions to existing systems; creating and presenting proposals to management and user departments; reviewing the current status of system applications and creating recommendations for system improvements; selecting, training, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
* Concentrates on the creation and execution of strategic and operational goals that support the accomplishment of the organizational mission by effectively leading and managing staff and resources, implements organizational strategies
* Regularly discusses issues involving several functional areas, divisions, and/or clients with high management or executive levels
* Requires the capacity to influence others' perspectives or win their acceptance in delicate circumstances without jeopardizing the relationship
* Collaborate closely with other teams, including but not limited to downstream/upstream solutions delivery teams, DBAs, automation engineers, analytics, and applications development teams, in order to resolve business problems or to offer functional guidance and help
* Lead the development of financial process designs and solutions that integrate standard Oracle functionality with DHT's data architecture
* Capable of assigning duties and tasks within the team

The Requirements:

* At least 10 years of experience with Oracle R12/EBS and/or Fusion
* At least 3 years of experience managing or leading a team
* Extensive expertise with Oracle Financial modules configuration, setup, and maintenance
* Working knowledge of external or outsourced development and shared services centers
* Knowledge of common Oracle APIs, as well as typical integrations across modules and with other systems. within remote project teams, strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years relevant experience
* Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of own function and related disciplines
* Analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of different factors and understanding of current business trends
* Working knowledge of upstream and downstream applications - such as eCommerce, POS, Analytics platforms
* Knowledge of Dell Boomi, Test Automation and CICD platforms
