Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a global key player materials science specializes in ceramics, specialty glass and optical physics. They're actively looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans for assigned segments, applications and key product launches to support marketing growth within the APAC region.

The Responsibilities:

* Increase awareness of company brand
* Generate new leads via traditional marketing channel as well as digital platforms
* Manage and nurture leads, cross sell and upsell existing customer to higher value-added products
* Create and execute marketing plan via collaboration with various stakeholders in sales, market development and product line management
* Measure efficiency of plan via defined metrics, analyze and conduct correction for plans as necessary engagement
* Content creation, identify gaps and type of content required to resonate with targeted customers
* Create and deploy content to capture new sales leads via website
* Adopt search engine optimization (SEO) base practices, analyze trends and create plans to increase traffic
* Leverage on social media/ SEM/ paid digital adverts, amplify campaign reach to reach targeted customers
* Create and execute annual commercial plan within APAC market
* Follow up on campaigns, programs or other lead generation activities
* Engage with sales teams to ensure they understand and use tools to present value effectively
* Identify and engage with various market and industry opinion leaders to gain knowledge and information to help position company as leader

The Requirements:

* Degree in Business Analytics/ Marketing/ Engineering
* Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, using web and social medial to deliver content and engage with targeted customer in B2B environment
* Good knowledge of Marketo/ Eloqua / Salesforce
* Must be familiar with SE Asia including China, Japan and Australia
* Flexible, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with ability to work with diverse and multinational teams
* Must be comfortable travelling up to 30% internationally
