Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a reputable Chinese MNC in the Financial Services Industry. They are actively looking to hire a Customer Service Team Lead to join their ever-growing team.

The Responsibilities:

* To hire, Train, Build teams in various regions
* Develop and value add to a robust training program to get Customer Service team up to speed
* Advise the Board on what are the next steps to take, tying in BU KPIs to business objectives
* To manage a global team size of 50-60
* Communicate deliverables to team members in a timely manner
* Deploy team in a High Efficiency, Low-Cost model

The Requirements:

* Relevant Experience in managing a global team
* Have been in various roles within the CS teams (e.g. ticket, chat, calls)
* Someone who is self-driven and embraces challenges
* Understand the hiring practices and candidate demographics in the various regions
* Experience in developing & implementing training programs
