Our Client:
Our client is a start-up company specializing in aquaculture data platforms that leverage the use of state-of-the-art technologies. They are looking for someone with a venture mindset and join their team in Singapore as their Chief Financial Officer.
The Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for building equity story, leading the overall IPO and global fundraising at the mid- and late-stage
* Be in-charge of building and strengthening the governance structure and financial strategy from planning to execution while working hands-on as a player himself/herself
The Requirements:
* Experience in dialogue and liaison with VC and investors for fundraising in the middle and later stages and IPO phase or experience investing in startups, ESG and SDGs areas on the VC or investor side or experience working in M&A, IPO, or fundraising related divisions of an investment bank
* Basic knowledge and experience in researching, strategizing, and executing each of the requirements, making appropriate use of external legal, tax, and accounting professionals in each country
* Basic accounting and finance knowledge
