Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a pioneer in Securities & Derivatives, Trading, and Clearing Member of Singapore Exchange as well as a pioneer member of ICE Futures Singapore & ICE Clear Singapore. They are actively looking to hire an AVP/VP, Institutional Sales - Derivatives

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for business development and sales strategy execution
* Drive sales of exchange-traded and exchange-cleared OTC derivatives products to targeted clients
* Earn commissions from institutional client base
* Develop and maintain internal relationships with other channels and functional teams to onboard new clients
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing client portfolios
* Increase existing institutional business by increasing share of client business
* Work on a team level to identify new opportunities within the target market

The Requirements:

* Degree holder in relevant majors
* Must possess locally required licenses
* Min 5-7 years of Sales Trading / Dealing experience with institutional clients or institutional sales experience preferred
* Preferably with a good track record in sales and customer acquisition experience
* A highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets
* Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
* Ability to focus and prioritize the key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships
