Our Client:
Our client is leading globally in loss adjusting and claim management company. They are actively looking to hire a TPA Team Lead to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Design and coordinate management and oversight of third-party administrator claims
* Establish policy and procedures to ensure compliance to best practice, claims management service standards, local regulations, and client service requirements
* Oversee the work of assigned colleagues, including assignment and workflow
* Manages and approves insurance claims
* Ensure Client reports are accurate and submitted timely
* Ensure claim escalations are reviewed timely and within SLA
* Manage client and claimant complaints
* Take on account management responsibilities and work closely with their clients to resolve issues
* Analyse and perform audits on existing claims and in line with client and internal standards
* Manage and perform team training sessions relating to new products and processes
* Identify and implement action plans to
* Monitor team productivity and performance
* Provide support, guidance, leadership, mentorship, and motivation to promote maximum performance
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
* 5-8 years of related experience and strong knowledge on WICA Act
* Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
* PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
* Analytical and interpretive skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good customer service skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects and set priorities
* Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
* Analytical with attention to detail
* Team Player
* Accurate and consistent policy interpretation
