Our Client:
An excellent opportunity to join a multinational company in the Professional Services (Legal) industry. The company is currently looking to hire a Receptionist cum Admin to take on a pivotal individual contributor role in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
As a sole contributor, this role is based in Singapore and you will play a pivotal role in managing full spectrum of Administrative scope and act as a good support to the Office Manager on all administrative matters.
This is a replacement headcount of a long-time staff and you will be taking care of Singapore's office only.
Reception Duties
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and ensuring visitors are looked after and provided refreshments
* Managing all meeting room / conference room booking arrangements for the Singapore office
* Handling and answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner
* Assisting with the booking taxis and cars for visitors
* Arranging catering orders for in-house meetings and seminars
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and documents as well as the arrangement of courier pick-ups and delivery
Administrative Duties
* Providing proactive administrative and logistical support to the Office Manager
* Assisting the Office Manager in the organisation of all office activities and social events
* Liaising with vendors and Building Management in respect of office maintenance issues / maintaining vendors & suppliers contract schedule for the office
* Bank runs and preparation of Petty cash for approval
The Requirements:
* At least 8-10 years' experience in Receptionist & Administrative work, preferably in a reputable law firm setup or MNC setting
* Passion and enjoys administrative work
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Pays attention to details and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner, and possesses strong sense of responsibility

Other Information:
Location: Downtown CBD District (Accessible by MRTs and Buses)
Working days: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Mode of Work: This role requires 100% on site
