Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a world leader and manufacturer in office business machines and the automation industry invites candidates to join its workforce to meet the growing worldwide demand for its products in Singapore. They are actively looking to hire a Billing Officer to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely and accurate billings for customers
* Generate daily and monthly reports for Managers
* Upload meter reading to billing system
* Verify data of automated billing system to be right
* Maintain system (SAP) to be updated
* Support call center duties when necessary (Toner dispatch, Technician's dispatch and answer customer's call)
* Support ad hoc task

The Requirements:

* Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity are highly preferred
* Good communication skills
* Meticulous and detail-oriented
* Excellence in excel is preferable
