Our Client:
Our client is a provider of outsourcing services including business process outsourcing (BPO). They're actively looking for a Global Business Intelligence Leas to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Review and validate operations data as it is collected from multiple internal and external sources
* Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
* Design and develop enterprise wide data analysis and reporting solutions
* Create and discover new data procurement and processing programs
* Coordinate with Operations Management from different sites/accounts to evaluate data sources and availability
* Cooperate with IT to deploy software and hardware
* Monitor analytics and metrics results
* Initiate and maintain data deployment
* Implement new data analysis methodologies
* Review operational files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization
* Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Intelligence or any related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered
* 7+ years in reporting with 3 to 5 years' experience in a business intelligence role
* 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or vendor management capacity, preferably within business intelligence or data analysis
* Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders from any employment level
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advance level skills in MS Office applications (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge and experience in using Databases
* Experience in Business Intelligence tools is preferred
* Knowledge in Big Data analytics is a plus
* Ability to work independently under a fast-paced environment
