From the choice of equipment vendors to electrical and mechanical schematics, the company ensure high quality data centre solutions to meet with an equally environmental conscious design. Power and temperature control, water leakage prevention, fire prevention, high levels of physical security, stringent maintenance, and excellent network connectivity for high-speed data transmission are all built into the Data Centers.

The Responsibilities:

* Management of the Singapore sites to ensure that all parts of the technical Infrastructure Enterprise and Industrial IT (IT & OT) designs are as per company standards. Management of the services supplied by the respective vendor engineers, including on technical support, IT policy, and guidance
* Assist with technical operations on current Enterprise IT systems (VMWARE/Windows). This includes backup/recovery and Windows Domain Controller with integrated knowledge of OT LAN/WAN/Cyber Security Technical Controls such as Firewalls Administration in accordance with the Incident Management/Problem Management Process
* Supporting initiatives on the assigned Technical Project Management (e.g., Office 365, Video conference, Industrial Controls IT for Mechanical & Electrical facility control systems & Cyber Security rollout)
* Executing the planned server maintenance schedule, including patching and backup/recovery (Windows/Linux)
* Accountable on ensuring relevant updated documentation of servers/storage/Backup/DC LAN/Security/WAN Architecture and Configuration details
* Developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment
* Build servers/Storage/Backup/DC LAN/Desktops based on the standards and designs developed. You are to partner with the relevant project team to understand the specifications for the required Server Hardware and Software
* Assists on new or upgrade projects of Server/Storage/Backup /DC LAN/Security/WAN. You will also assist the analytical, technical, and administrative work of the team in planning, design, and installation of new and existing computer systems
* Assist and support DC certification Process and Corporate Audit team for any certification and audit works

The Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related Engineering degrees or equivalent professional experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience with the Design, Implementations and operations critical monitoring/control systems and support for critical facilities
* Direct knowledge and experience within a Critical Data Centre Environment
* Experienced in Enterprise IT Systems (Server and Desktop) & OT Networks and Systems supporting OT Applications (BMS/CCMS/EMS/DCIM)
* A major plus should you come with thorough experience working with HP/DELL servers, Windows OS, Cloud system Admin and Dell Storage. The Data Centers are dominated by these brands/products
* Familiar with Cisco Core/Server Access Switches, Cisco SD-WAN, Fortinet, Pal Alto Firewalls/ Windows Server/ADS server Administration
* Experience in Windows Patch Management and VMware Administration
* Having Schneider & other OEM Vendor Digital controls systems is a plus
* In-depth skills on DC Networks (DC LAN, WAN, Office WIFI, Firewalls). Responsible for estimating, planning and implementing networks with Vendors/Systems Integrators on the DC IT systems hosting OT Applications, Administration, and operations of Windows/ADS IT systems, Server & Storage (VMWARE), Enterprise Backup/Recovery Software operations knowledge
* Basic end to end Troubleshooting skills on Data Center LAN / Cyber Security Technical controls like Firewalls/WAN
* Able to collaborate with multiple parties (DC Facility operations team, vendors, integrators, and decision makers) throughout any DC project scope and deliverables
