Our client is one of the top Electrical and Electronics companies, headquartered in Japan. They are also a great stepping stone to those just starting out. They are actively looking to hire an Administrative Associate to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Responsible for warranty part's order request, issue purchase order to factory, arrange and follow up on delivery status with factory and engineer
* Administer Move Order to Warehousing party, coordinate between engineer and warehousing party for Shock and Tilt handling, uncrating, and crate disposal
* Perform NCDR monitoring including but not limited to:
○ NCPO delivery status
○ Outstanding SO
○ Move Order status
○ EMG/Weekend delivery status
○ NCDR parts withdrawal status
○ Report preparation
* Maintain inventory to ensure no stock-out situation
* Manage requests for information and data
* Follow up and resolve administrative issues and inquiries
* Provide service support related report generation
* Other duties as assigned
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience in Customer Service, Logistics/Freight
* Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
