Our Client:

Our client is one of Singapore's largest content creator and media network, operating a suite of TV channels, radio stations and multiple digital platforms. They are actively looking to hire an Ad Tech Specialist to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

The following tasks will be part of your role, but they expect that you will also suggest ways to improve and strengthen their ad stack:

* Develop prototypes and collaborate with app developers to integrate their ad stack into mobile applications. This integration will include aspects such as:

* Ad serving, targeting, measurement, and creative rendering technology
* Programmatic ecosystem, including prebid and other new solutions

Handle project management and problem solving, which includes:

* Launching new products or revamping existing ones

* Ad projects such as strategic initiatives, partnerships with industry players, and finding creative solutions to the challenges posed by the rapidly changing advertising industry

* Integrating partner sites or apps into the Company's Partner Network

The Requirements:

The following traits and skills are what they are seeking in a candidate:

* Results-driven - there is always a business purpose behind a technical issue, and they are looking for someone who is focused on delivering outcomes

* Motivated, passionate, and able to self-learn - digital advertising is constantly evolving, they need someone who is eager, enthusiastic, and able to continue their education to keep up with the changes

* Excellent communication skills - the ability to comprehend problem statements and explain technical solutions/issues to non-technical stakeholders in simple terms is important

* Project management abilities - although they don't handle large-scale projects, also someone who can manage tasks, prioritize, and provide regular updates

* Strong understanding of web technologies and the fundamentals of ad tech

* Experience in developing web and mobile apps (iOS and Android)

* Experience with CTV, tvOS, or Android TV is an added advantage

* Knowledge of ad debugging, troubleshooting, and analysis
