Our Client:
Our client is one of the global market leader in specialty chemicals with headquarters in Germany. They are looking for a Head of Sales to lead the sales team across ASEAN region.
The Responsibilities:
* Development and implementation of sales strategies, new business segments and distribution channels in ASEAN region
* Manage regional key clients
* Provide guidance and coaching sales personnel to achieve sales budget and objectives
* Provide support on company's branding and products, take part in seminars/ exhibitions and related events
* Analyze market trends and business potential
* Lead major regional initiatives on regular basis, conduct price review to ensure optimum margins
The Requirements:
* Minimum Degree in Science or any other relevant disciplines
* Minimum 20 years of relevant commercial experience in chemical environment, with knowledge in biocides will be advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with understanding of multiple ASEAN language will be advantageous to communicate with clients and counterparts
* Problem solver with leadership qualities required to implement practical solutions
