The Responsibilities:

This role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on assisting the Director on his day-to-day work matters which include:

* Full scope of Secretarial Support
* Answering phone calls and greeting visitors, as well as handling outgoing mail and courier services
* Assisting event planning and coordination, such as meetings, trainings, VIP visits, and employee engagement and company events
* Providing relocation assistance to the team when required, including flight, visa, hotel accommodation, school selection, and house hunting
* Managing vendor creation and maintenance, processing purchase requisitions, and checking and verifying invoices before payment
* Maintaining records of monthly expenses related to air tickets and other expenses

The Requirements:

* Diploma in any fields of studies
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Advanced)
