Our Client:
Our client is a trading company dealing in commodity plastics, engineering plastics, electronic materials, medical & healthcare products. They are now looking for a passionate individual to join their team in Singapore as a Senior Sales Executive in their Chemical Division.
The Responsibilities:
* Maintain rapport with potential and existing clients and to close sales leads (50%:50%)
* Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve overall annual sales targets for the division
* Identify new business opportunities by identifying targets and evaluating their position in the industry
* Understanding, analyzing, and remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors to support the development of sales strategies
* Keep well-informed of the organization's products and services as incumbent sources new opportunities both locally and regionally and leverages such knowledge to tailor solutions which meet clients' requirements
* Credit control management
* Customer/Vendor Management
* Stock management
* Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory procedures
* Supporting HQ R&D projects and be involved in inter-company communications and network
* Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
The Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Chemistry with relevant working experience in the Chemical Industry
* Minimum 4 years of relevant Sales experience
* Possess a Class 3 driving license to visit customer site
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Possess SAP knowledge
* Proficiency in Chinese language to communicate with internal & external Chinese stakeholders
