The Responsibilities:

This role reports to the Director of the team, and you will be responsible of four direct subordinates. Your responsibility will include but not limited to:

* Employ fundamental concepts of digital content and efficient UX design, such as regular cycles of improvement and evaluation through testing
* Utilize Agile methodologies which involve breaking down work into manageable and practical units, implementing a step-by-step approach to execution and delivery, and conducting iterative cycles of review, assessment of impact, and plan adjustment
* Implement fundamental digital marketing practices such as SEO, SEM, PPC, A/B testing, digital analytics, and digital optimization. Create a plan to improve paid and organic search engine marketing by optimizing web pages to increase traffic, engagement, and responses or registrations
* Boost customer involvement by organizing both online and offline events
* Create a plan for utilizing email and marketing automation platforms to execute dynamic campaigns based on industry best practices, while also identifying areas for growth and innovation
* Take charge of designing functional email campaigns and any underlying technical requirements
* Identify triggers for customer behavior at critical conversion points during their journey
* Focus on the emerging field of Demand Generation Media, utilizing both internal and external teams and agencies to develop integrated media plans that prioritize digital and performance-driven media, including desktop and mobile display, video, SEM, and social media
* Contribute to the development and evaluation of paid media programs and best practices, utilizing data/analytics and performance marketing tactics and technology

* A proactive individual with leadership qualities in marketing and the capacity to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including the senior leadership team
* Capable of constructing impactful narrative and promoting thought leadership through media/stakeholder engagement and effective storytelling across various platforms.
* Possess strong analytical and organizational abilities
* Demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills
* Exhibit excellent market awareness to identify potential partnership opportunities
* Having a strong network of connections with business leaders and media professionals from various industries is an added advantage
