The Responsibilities:

Your responsibility will include but not limited to:

* Managing new ERP implementation projects. This includes developing plans, managing budgets, tracking progress, managing risks, updating key stakeholders on the project's status, and managing vendors
* Facilitate collaboration among multiple workstreams' project managers and PICs and oversee overall progress across various locations
* Developing reports and materials to update senior management on the project's status and periodically reporting progress to relevant stakeholders is important
* Coordinating and facilitating end-user training and UAT sessions and preparing materials for these sessions
* Guiding, show best practices, and procedures to ensure a successful solution delivery
* Collaborating with fellow team members to meet project requirements
* Exploring and evaluating novel technologies for their relevance to solutions in the relevant field
* Recognizing and proposing opportunities for improvement to stakeholders
* Assisting fellow co-workers in their knowledge of subject matter and work methods
* Be part of the team to resolve incidents, requests, and activities both individually and as a team, with the goal of delivering first-rate end-user support
* Providing assistance in identifying and addressing defects and underlying causes

The Requirements:

* Degree in Business Management/Science and preferably hold a PMP certification
* Dynamics 365 project experience is a major plus. Demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies and experience in managing large-scale enterprise implementations
* Possess strong knowledge and experience in project management and basic knowledge of system development methods (familiarity with Azure and D365 products)
* Experience in dealing with ISVs
* Good presentation and communication skills to effectively present information to various stakeholders in the organization
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed
* Experience in managing different stakeholders with good influencing and negotiating skills, as well as facilitating and coordinating end-user training and UAT sessions, and preparation of materials
* Effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and able to manage ambiguity
* Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and the ability to work in a diverse workplace
* Dynamic, highly analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills, and have the initiative to work collaboratively with others
* Fluent in English, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
* Well-versed in MS-Office and MS Project
* Willing to travel for business purposes
