Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese Real Estate Investment companies based in Singapore. Dealing with urban development, they have been in Singapore since 2008, and acts as the Regional HQ with business mainly in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand. They are now looking for a talent to join their established company as a Japanese speaking Corporate Executive / Assistant.
The Responsibilities:
Business Trip related
* Handle business trip travel arrangements including but not limited to flight & hotel booking, visa and overseas travel insurance, etc.
* IT related
* Liaise with vendor to support IT trouble shooting and IT system/software/licenses maintenance
* Updates information on the company system
* IT equipment and devices management
* Reporting to Head Quarter related
* Handle monthly business report matters
Office Management related
* Manage company courier account
* Manage office and pantry supplies and equipment
* Attend visitors and company main line call
* Manage storage matters
* Arrange entertainment, gift, and Christmas card
* Manage corporate credit card matters
* Manage subscription matters
Staffing Management related
* Support expats matters including but not limited to health check-up, housing lease and insurance, etc.
* Support employee profile and photo shooting matters
* Support qualification retention fee matters
Corporate Secretary related
* Support management service agreement related matters
* Support corporate secretarial matters
Others
* Fulfil other general clerk duties as needed
The Requirements:
* Minimum Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
* 2-3 years of relevant administrative supporting working experience
* Responsible and detail-oriented, excellent communication skill, and interpersonal abilities are required
* Corporate secretarial support related working experience is preferred
* Proficiency in Japanese language skill is preferred to communicate with native Japanese-speakers in HQ and expats in the region
* High standard in collaboration and team player
