Our Client:
An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a multinational company in the manufacturing industry. They supply products to industries including Pharmaceutical, Industrial industries. Company is currently looking to hire a Global HR Business Partner to take on a pivotal role -individual contributor role in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
As a sole contributor and a HR expert, this role is based in Singapore and you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic projects globally and act as a business partner to business leader by providing a highly professional and efficient service of support to all stakeholders in line with current employment labour legislation & regulations, equal employment opportunity and best practice.
This is a newly created headcount, and you will be providing advice and solutions for the group of companies globally including SG, US, and Europe.
This is an exciting role as company has acquired businesses and they are looking to harmonised and align practices.
As an experienced HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person and support on effective delivery of HR activities in areas of Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning & Strategy.
* Review and recommend benefits/allowances by country in alignment with total compensation philosophy across different countries
* Lead and structure local HR initiatives based on recommended localized compensation structures, including bonus schemes
* Develop and lead change management strategy within the business to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
* Engage in strategic business planning to ensure successful implementation of HR programs and processes
* Manage and lead projects to support organization-wide transformation initiatives
* Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
The Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 8-10 years' experience in Generalist focus work, in a small-sized MNC setup
* Passion for human resources, strong perceptive abilities, and the ability to foster positive relationships
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses, and is someone innovative and solutions-driven
* Ambitious, pays attention to details and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner and possesses strong sense of responsibility
Current HR System: SAP and Infotech
