Our Client:
Our client is a well-known Insurance company with solid years of experience. They are actively looking to hire a Telemarketing Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Perform outbound telesales calls to market and sell Company's personal insurance products
* Create and maintain proper customer information, calls and sales records
* Perform any after call functions to complete the cycle of the call
* Answer telephone calls, attend to telephone queries from customers and direct such calls to Customer Service where necessary
The Requirements:
* For Singaporeans only
* GCE 'O' level preferably with professional insurance qualification
* Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI) and Cert HI
* Good product knowledge and experience of GI personal lines products
