Our Client:
Our client is a global Japanese insurance firm located around CBD. They are actively looking to hire a Business Operations Executive to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Support user acceptance testing of system enhancements
* Ensure and maintain info security, efficient and secure storage, ease of access
* Ensure business handled is in line with the Company's underwriting guidelines and service standards
* Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role
* Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
* Perform assigned tasks / activities to support the operations of Centralised Business Operations (CBO) dept, which includes shared services for Business Units
* Support the implementation of efficient and effective work systems, automating wherever possible
* To meet service standards and measurements
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to support business needs
* Participate in regular dialogue with cross-functional teams to improve operations and work processes
* Activities are effectively managed and implemented to meet the business requirements, change controls and service quality standards
The Requirements:
* Diploma qualification and/or professional insurance qualifications
* Preferably with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/CGI)
* Understanding of the insurance business
* Good knowledge of the use of technology and automation
* Interpersonal savvy
* Good relationship building skills
* Extensive knowledge of customer needs and delivery system
* At least 3 years in General Insurance Industry in operations capacity
