Power and temperature control, water leakage prevention, fire prevention, high levels of physical security, stringent maintenance, and excellent network connectivity for high-speed data transmission are all built into the Data Centers.

The Responsibilities:

Your role as Assistant Manager of IT Network will involve overseeing the planning, design, and execution of network projects on a global scale. As a subject matter expert (SME) in networking, you will be expected to manage IT infrastructure projects that involve cloud computing, servers, audio/video systems, and various network components independently. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Project manager for all global network related projects, DC setups and office setups
* Single point of contact for all network related issues and projects
* Advance network troubleshooting, ability to resolve advance network issues, such as packet drops and network latency issues
* Subject matter expert in networking and all network related products such as firewalls, switches, wi-fi technology, cloud networking
* Manage licenses/maintenance/Telco invoices and renewal and support in IT procurement function such as getting quotations, procurement system entry, etc.
* Management of all Telco contracts, billing, and contract renewals
* Manage IT network assets, inventory and create/update of various networking documentation
* Good knowledge in security products such as firewalls, NAC, WAF, IPS, IDS, SAAS, CASB, JumpServers
* Travel to various sites in Singapore during after office hours to troubleshoot high priority issues
* Advance HPE/Cisco networking, Aruba switching and Wi-Fi products, Azure Cloud networking
* Design new networks, plan and manage IP addressing and improve existing network architecture
* Basic knowledge of SDWAN and MPLS designs
* Vendor management skills is a must

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in related IT discipline/network
* At least 5 years of working experience as a Network Engineer
* Professional qualification in Cisco CCNP Enterprise or other specialized certifications in Networking such as Aruba ACSP networking certification etc. CCIE is good to have
* Experience with Microsoft products (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Azure Active Directory)
* Experience with Network technologies (Cisco, HPE, Aruba)
* Subject matter expert in networking and security products
* Expert level knowledge of HPE networking equipment or equivalent
* Ability to design new networks based on user requirements
* Good presentation skills to senior management
* Good written and spoken English skills to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
* Ability to work well independently and as a team
* Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive, organized, and adaptable to fast changes
* Good communication skills and a team player
* Prioritize tasks effectively and able to work well under pressure
