Every solution is specially customised to meet the need of client's requirement as the company spend significant time and effort to design environmentally friendly data centres from the ground up. From the choice of equipment vendors to electrical and mechanical schematics, the company ensures high quality data centre solutions to meet with an equally environmentally conscious design. Power and temperature control, water leakage prevention, fire prevention, high levels of physical security, stringent maintenance, and excellent network connectivity for high-speed data transmission are all built into the Data Centers.

The Responsibilities:

This role is an individual contributor role and will report to a Team Operations Manager. This role will also manage vendors to support the team, and your responsibility will include but not limited to:

* Overseeing the DC IT operations for all sites within Singapore: coordinating, planning, and leading IT-related activities and service delivery
* In-charge of DC IT infrastructure projects: ensuring proper project and change management to meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements of the clients
* Responsible and accountable for handling 24/7 complex inquiries and technical situation
* Assist in troubleshooting high priority issues at various sites in Singapore outside of office hours
* Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to propose technical solutions and measure success based on agreed key performance indicators
* Complying with enterprise technology delivery practices and project management standards
* Responsible for ensuring project milestones to be met. You are to adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the project team, review IT network assets, inventory and documentation, coordinate communication with all enterprise areas impacting the work effort
* Managing IT procurement
* Prepare and review reports and documents, and perform any additional tasks assigned by management

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT
* ITIL and/or Microsoft certification is preferred
* Experienced and seasoned in working as part of an IT service delivery team
* Familiar with Networking, System Administration, cloud-based infrastructure, and cyber security
* Familiar with Microsoft (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Azure Active Directory)
* Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive, organized, and adaptable to fast changes
