Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a MNC with strong business & investment portfolio in Telecommunications. Company is currently looking to hire a Legal Secretary to take on a pivotal role in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

This role is based in Singapore, and you will play a pivotal role in managing full spectrum of Legal Secretary & Administrative scope and act as a good support to Legal team of 3 on all legal secretarial matters.

This is a new headcount

The focus of the role will be legal secretarial and administrative:

* Provide secretarial and administrative support to Head of Department, as well as legal counsels and corporate secretariat team when required
* Manage travel arrangements and daily appointment scheduling
* Work closely with legal counsels on project documentation and coordination. Tracking of all projects undertaken by legal counsels
* Tracking status of invoices
* Other duties include day-to-day administrative tasks such as drafting of letters, filing, coordination of meetings and business trips

The Requirements:

* At least 3 years' experience in Legal Secretarial work either with prior law firm or in-house experience
* Passion and enjoys administrative work
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Pays attention to details and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner and possesses strong sense of responsibility

Location: CBD (Accessible by MRTs and Buses)
Working days: Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Mode of Work: Hybrid with minimum 3 days in office
