Every solution is specially customised to meet the need of client's requirement as the company spend significant time and effort to design environmentally friendly data centres from the ground up. From the choice of equipment vendors to electrical and mechanical schematics, the company ensures high quality data centre solutions to meet with an equally environmentally conscious design. Power and temperature control, water leakage prevention, fire prevention, high levels of physical security, stringent maintenance, and excellent network connectivity for high-speed data transmission are all built into the Data Centers.

The Responsibilities:

* Leading the seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA with other functional modules, CRM, and operational systems
* Managing implementations of SAP S/4 HANA projects
* Supporting other associated systems of SAP S/4 HANA. You are to be responsible on handling different markets for transformational changes in the business
* Lead the team in conducting user acceptance testing and providing end-user training for SAP S/4 Hana implementation
* Take a leadership role in finance transformation initiatives and manage processes and teams effectively
* Extensive experience in project planning, milestones, measures, budgets, resource, and time management
* Exerting leadership and emotional intelligence skills for influencing crucial decisions, mediating conflicts, and guiding teams throughout the project journey (conceptualization to operations)
* Work, lead, and push vendors to meet project deadlines, proactively mitigate risks, and escalate and resolve issues. The goal is to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
* Develop and manage work plans, schedules, project estimates/budgets, resource plans, vendor services/contracts, and status reports regularly
* Manage the scope change process, identify risks and issues, and facilitate resolution, mitigation, and prioritization
* Conduct regular project meetings, provide frequent status updates, and manage stakeholders' expectations
* Identify project risks and collaborate with team members to mitigate risks and address project issues proactively
* Perform regular quality assessments, track project performance, and take proactive measures to prevent or correct issues
* Ensure that the handover process to the support team adheres to established procedures
* Evaluate training materials and organize Train-the-Trainer sessions for key users and Business Process Owners
* Review policies and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with various stakeholders to support organizational excellence initiatives.
* Oversee accounting operations and provide support to departments and investee companies, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal accounting policies
* Establish and maintain robust systems and processes for operations, and provide guidance on financial guidelines, policies, and procedures
* Play an active role in the Go-live and Post Go-live support process as part of the internal Center of Excellence team, and work with outsourced vendors to ensure efficient application maintenance services

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; or a related field in Business Management
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including 8 years of Project Management experience with IT application development and maintenance projects
* Must have prior experience working within the Accounting or Finance department
* Must possess SAP FI CO certification. Direct experience in at least two SAP implementation projects is a must
* Extensive experience in SAP consulting and Project Management, with a solid grasp of relevant methodologies (SAP FI CO, MM, SD, and familiar with ABAP and BASIS)
* Demonstrate working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP S4 HANA and related systems (including Concur, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce for CRM)
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of collaboration and teamwork. Be innovative and consistently strive for improvement
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and work efficiently under pressure and tight project timelines
* Possess excellent written and presentation skills. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with different business users, senior management, IT teams, and external vendors
