Our Client:
Our client is a well-established general insurance company located in CBD area. They are actively looking for a Claims Services Executive to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries and correspondence of marine claims
* Investigate and negotiate on marine claims
* Decide and instruct on appointment of service providers
* Decide and instruct on reserve provision
* Handle claims recoveries
* Claims handling service to clients, intermediaries, and business partners
The Requirements:
* Must have a Marine Insurance knowledge
* Claims handling experience in marine insurance
* Technical knowledge of underwriting
* Claims technical know-how
* Someone with good analytical and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skill is required
