Our Client:
Our client is a leading service provider for Biotech/ Lifesciences Industry. They are actively looking to hire a Service Engineer to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for managing a team of medical service engineers , providing after- sales service support to healthcare customers and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through providing post-sales technical/functional/administrative support
* To be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, by negotiating and securing service contracts for labour and comprehensive maintenance packages
* To provide technical consultancy and support to customers for medical devices and imaging equipment
* To support Service Engineers in any troubleshooting as and when necessary
* To constantly develop and upgrade technical and competency skills of the service team in order to provide quality service
* To perform any other work as and when required
The Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a engineering Degree, preferably with the background knowledge Medical Devices and Radiology Equipment
* Prior sales experience & product knowledge in medical imaging solutions would be an added advantage
* Good communication & presentation skills, well-versed in English - spoken & written) to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
* Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
* Target driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Meticulous and organized personality
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to service challenges on the ground
