The Responsibilities:

The main objective is to enhance the value of the solution for the organization throughout the IT Infrastructure delivery process, minimizing risks for the owner, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations that affect the system. You will need to collaborate with specialists, technical personnel, and stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels to ensure the implementation follows the most efficient strategy for the entire organization. This encompasses the following aspects:

Managing and delivering IT Infrastructure

* Serve as the main contact for the Asia Pacific region, providing IT Infrastructure solutions
* Handle IT infrastructure demands in the APAC region and collaborate with Head Office

Developing regional IT Infrastructure strategies and policies

* Ensure that all projects comply with the IT Infrastructure strategy and policies
* Maintain consistency and quality of the entire system by focusing on IT Infrastructure design and architecture
* Take ownership of the delivery strategy for IT Infrastructure in the APAC region

Implementing customer projects

* Ensure that customer project implementations in the APAC region align with the global IT Infrastructure strategy and design
* Provide consultancy for customer integration design and implementation
* Act as the escalation point for IT Infrastructure integration and design in customer engagements
* Serve as the main point of contact for customer projects

Acting as a service integrator

* Take ownership of end-to-end IT Infrastructure demand for the APAC region

Managing critical incidents

* Handle and support critical/high severity incidents, particularly complex incidents

The Requirements:

* Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field
* Have at least 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure delivery, including integration and implementation. A major plus should you are coming with logistics/supply chain industry experience
* Demonstrate expertise in project management. Familiar in multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments
* Display capability to implement changes within a team
* Demonstrate a strong background in IT infrastructure projects. Possess extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure projects
* Effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of assignments
* Strong communication and presentation abilities
* Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to handle complexity
* Show a genuine passion for IT Infrastructure technology
