About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join a prestigious organization in Dubai's thriving Construction & Property market as a Senior Vice President. As the Senior VP Projects, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering remarkable projects that redefine luxury living and commercial excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Building Projects or Masterplan projects, with a strong background in High-end Residential, Hospitality, Commercial Office projects, or Mixed-use Projects. Your expertise in these areas will be invaluable as you contribute to the creation of iconic structures that leave a lasting impression on Dubai's skyline.
The Responsibilities:
* To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 15-25 years of experience in the industry. Your educational background preferably includes a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a focus on Civil, Construction Management, or Architecture. However, we also welcome candidates who have progressed through the trades background, as we recognize the value of hands-on experience and expertise
* With a high value placed on a diverse range of experiences, the ideal candidate will bring a mix of Main Contractor with PMC or Developer-side experience. However, if you have extensive main contractor experience with a Tier-1 main contractor, with a proven track record in delivery of projects of the highest quality, this will be of interest also
* You will possess a comprehensive understanding of project management principles, coupled with your exceptional leadership skills, will drive excellence, and ensure the successful execution of complex projects within program & budget
