The Responsibilities:

This role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on assisting the Managing Director on her day-to-day work matters which include:

* Work closely with the Managing Director to keep him informed of impending commitments and obligations and follow up as needed
* Provide complete spectrum of secretarial assistance daily and calendar administration
* Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
* Handle travel arrangements, such as flight reservations and hotel accommodations
* Respond to and prioritise all incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Handle HR matters - recruitment, coordinating & arrangement of interviews, leaves, employee welfare, and onboarding
* Handle sensitive and confidential documents
* Coordination and organisation of private events

The Requirements:

* Diploma in any fields of studies
* Good command of spoken & reading of English and Tamil as there will be minimal Tamil documentations
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Advanced)
