Our Client:

Our client is a multinational Freight Forwarding organization and they are looking to hire for a dynamic Regional Sales Leader to steer the SEA team.

The Responsibilities:

* Strategic Coordination: Align business activities within Southeast Asia with Group policies, ensuring consistency and adherence to corporate standards
* Financial Oversight: Take on full Budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for regional offices, optimizing resource allocation and performance outcomes
* Business Planning: Craft yearly business plans and expense budgets for Southeast Asia, contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the region's operations
* Effective Leadership: Implement clear management structures and approved employment contracts, promoting transparency and compliance in employment practices
* Stakeholder Management: Nurture relationships with carriers, fostering collaborative partnerships that enhance operational efficiency and service quality
* Financial Stewardship: Oversee debtor and outstanding account control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting guidelines provided by the CFO or Head-office
* Strategic Sales: Develop a tailored sales plan for the region, optimizing capabilities, attracting opportunities, and retaining customers to achieve profitability and sales targets

The Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in strategic management with a strong track record in driving business growth and profitability across a multi-office environment
* Profound financial management skills, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cash flow management to optimize resource allocation and fiscal responsibility
* Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, core carriers, and overseas offices, enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency
* Proficiency in strategic sales planning, contract negotiations, and deal closure, aligned with company objectives and standards
* Forward-thinking mindset with a knack for identifying new revenue streams, products, and growth opportunities to drive business diversification
