Our Client:

Our client is a prominent global MNC specializing in Industrial Automation and Electrical Equipment space. They are covering various industries and are in the midst of growing their team and are looking to hire a Service Sales Specialist in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Selling the service portfolio to customers while focusing on meeting goals for volume, mix, and profitability within assigned business units or product groups
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to understand their needs, enhance their grasp of the complete service portfolio, and work together on solutions
* Developing sales plans using company-provided tools, conducting regular progress reviews, and suggesting corrective actions if potential order shortfalls are detected
* Adding value to both customers and The Company by utilizing effective sales techniques, ensuring favourable outcomes for deals, contracts, and proposals
* Identifying and promoting the exploration of fresh market prospects within the designated sector, facilitating knowledge exchange and collaboration
* Handling administrative procedures within sales processes and offering support for collection and project management tasks as the need arises
* Collaborating with the bid and proposal department or marketing manager to craft well-structured offers, encompassing technical and financial details like pricing and trading conditions
* Streamlining marketing activities and presenting clear value propositions to enhance customer engagement

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience in service sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
* Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain customer relationships
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and identify new opportunities
* Proficiency in using sales tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting purposes
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach
