Our client is a leading beverage company in Singapore and Asia-Pacific. The company manufactures and markets a wide range of beverages. They are actively looking to hire a Customer Development Executive to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
As the Customer Development Executive for Modern On-Premise, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction
• You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with existing and potential chained customers in the “Away from Home” consumption channel- HoReCa. It will identify and capture opportunities to increase company representation in these segments
• Develop, plan, and implement sales goals (target/KPI) and strategies for the OP key account channel assigned
• Identify channel growth opportunities and develop sales activities in On-Premise outlets to gain market share and revenue
• Manage distribution of all the company’s brand and Agency products to increase market penetration
• Execute and review the existing contracts for key customers. Build a routine to visit key customers on a regular basis to build rapport and defend against competitors. Foster close working relationships with key customers to accelerate mutual growth
• Keep abreast of any competition and market development status. Identify and track new customer and competitive account opportunities to secure these accounts
• Prepare and conduct a formal presentation to customers on business partnership proposals and negotiate for favourable terms/ profitability for new and existing customers’ tenders/contract renewals
• Execute the big ideas, opportunity identification, best practices, and expertise to ensure their company delivers demonstrable value to the customer that contributes to advancing the relationship with their company
• Analyse F&B market trends, tracking of potential hit lists, and submitting of potential Tender Bids to drive business growth potential
• Spend significant time in the field both with individual key accounts and conducting sales visits with the team. Responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivables (AR). Monitor AR aging on a proactive basis with his/her personnel, coordinated with the Credit Control manager and Accounts Receivable Manager/Controller
