Job Description
• Report to Chief Development Officer
• Designing, negotiating and arranging project finance documents, modelling, and hedging schemes of greenfield, early-stage brownfield, M&A energy projects portfolio development (Wind/Solar/Energy Storage/Infrastructure)
• Identify and execute investment opportunities by providing comprehensive financial analysis and communicate to the broader team
• Develop and implement creative project financing and deal structuring to differentiate the platform from competitors in the market
• Develop and monetize counterparty relationships by representing the Company
• Monitor local financial markets in Asia to keep update with latest trend which could affect energy assets
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to minimize execution and operational risk in financing negotiations and contracts
• Provide guidance and direction to all team members; managing team resources to meet annual financing objectives and maximize bandwidth of internal and broader teams
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor / Master degree in relevant study
• At least 10 years’ experience in project developing, structuring, origination, finance and/or similar roles
• Deep understanding of the energy market and large scale project finance transactions in Asia
• Track record of successful execution of complex financial transactions and strong negotiation and project management skills
• Ability to build relationships with partners and counter-parties (Internal & External)
• Excellent organizational, presentational and communication skills with meticulousness and strong integrity
