The Responsibilities:
* Provide practical business solutions for challenges in processes and technology
* Spearhead transformative initiatives in Asia from conceptualization to implementation
* Effectively navigate and mitigate risks and dependencies in comprehensive bank-wide change endeavors
* Offer specialized expertise in business and technical analysis, supporting robust project management
* Foster collaboration among regional units, project teams, and global domain owners
* Act as the main liaison in Asia for global initiatives, partnering with the Regulatory and Business Development team in Europe
* Coordinate IT enhancement requests and supervise the full system change lifecycle
* Provide routine updates to the Asia executive committee on the progress of key initiatives
The Requirements:
* A degree holder
* Proactively execute tasks with a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and timely delivery
* Exhibit flexibility, drive, and a hands-on approach, paying meticulous attention to detail.
* Communicate effectively across organizational levels
* Showcase substantial experience in change management within private banking
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of business and operational topics
* With 5-7 years of hands-on project management experience in Private Banking
* Possess qualifications in process management and project management
* Experience or working knowledge with Avaloq is advantageous
