Job Title: Senior/ Process Engineer (Polymer, Extrusion, Twin Screw)

As the process engineer, your main duties involve serving as the Subject Matter Expert in single & twin-screw extrusion processes, driving continuous process improvements, and training others on manufacturing processes.

The Responsibilities:
* Participate in problem-solving teams for compounding and secondary processing
* Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in operating equipment such as single screw and twin screw extrusion, and batch mixing using various mixers
* Drive continuous process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
* Assist in scaling up new formulations and processes from the lab to production
* Research and implement new compounding and secondary processes as required
* Train others on manufacturing processes
* Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans for all equipment
* Assist with the installation of new equipment
* Perform other tasks as assigned
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Engineering or a related field
* Over 10 years of experience in the polymer mixing/reaction industry, with at least 5 years in twin-screw processes
* Expertise in twin-screw and batch mixing equipment, along with project management skills
* Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams
* Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles
