Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Japanese company, specialising in Cosmetics/ Beauty products. They are currently looking for a CFO, Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.
The Responsibilities:
• Chair of the Board: lead board/AGM planning alongside the CEO and board secretary
• Oversee capital strategy, fundraising, and global treasury across jurisdictions
• Lead IPO process including SEC filings, audit readiness, and IR roadmap
• Manage group consolidation and IFRS compliance including Japan, Taiwan, and China
• Drive English-based IR strategy including earnings releases and analyst materials
• Build global governance and risk management framework with external advisors

・資本戦略、資金調達、海外財務管理の統括
・IPO対応（SEC申請、監査準備、IR計画推進）
・連結決算・IFRS対応（日本、台湾、中国含む）
・英語IR戦略（決算発表、アナリスト資料作成）
・グローバルガバナンス・リスク管理体制の構築（外部顧問と連携）
Requirements
The Requirements
• Experience as a CFO at a listed company or a company preparing for IPO, or equivalent financial leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, with experience in disclosure and filing in accordance with SEC/NASDAQ regulations (preferred)
• Expertise in cross-border M&A, international taxation, capital policy, and consolidated financial reporting
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers - including contract negotiations, IR presentations, and shareholder relations
・上場・IPO企業でのCFOまたは同等経験
・IFRS・US GAAP、SEC対応経験（尚可）
・クロスボーダーM&A・国際税務・資本政策の知識
・日本語流暢（業務上必要なため）
・英語ビジネスレベル（業務上必要なため）
